Man arrested after stabbing victim in Jackson

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)– The Jackson County Police Department says a 53-year-old man was arrested after stabbing a victim on West Mason Street and Greenwood Place in Jackson.

Police say the victim was transported to a local hospital to be treated for minor injuries.

The suspect was arrested for assault with the intent to do great bodily harm, obstructing and violating a personal protection order.
