LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)– Meet Otso, a skinny shepherd who arrived at the Ingham County Animal Control Shelter as a stray.

Otos is underweight and has a lot of sabs on his skin but the shelter says he is doing better every day!

He loves snacks, stuffies, toys, balls, and playing with other dogs! He is 10 months old, microchipped, and vaccinated.
