LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The number of absentee ballots returned so far this year is decidedly lower than the number at the same time last election, but what does this mean for voter enthusiasm? 6 News’ Tim Skubick breaks it down.

because a study shows that absentee ballots by Republicans are returned right away and absentee ballots by democrats tend to come in closer to election date. that was what I read.
