MSU officials expect 10,000+ people during 2024 homecoming parade

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) – The 2024 Michigan State University homecoming parade will feature more than 100 floats going through the heart of downtown East Lansing on Friday evening. Along with the caravan of MSU spirit will be more than 10,000 fans lining the parade route to watch.

6 News anchors Jorma Duran and Megan Viecelli spoke with Dan Olsen, the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications for MSU about why this event is so popular.
