Harris and Walz to visit Ann Arbor

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Both faces on the Democratic ticket will be holding a rally in Ann Arbor on Monday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.—and will be joined by alternative/indie musical artist Maggie Rogers , ABC News is reporting.

Vice President Kamala Harris and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz will hold their first event together since August, when they rallied together in Savannah, GA.

Both the presidential and vice presidential candidates have been in and out of swing-state Michigan this election season—and will likely continue to do so as Election Day rounds the corner.

Harris will be in Kalamazoo Saturday rallying with former First Lady Michelle Obama, and Walz spent last weekend attending a church service in Saginaw.

Meanwhile, former President Donald Trump is in Michigan on Friday and Saturday, visiting Traverse City and Novi respectively. Sen. JD Vance (R-OH) was recently in Auburn Hills and Marne .

Michigan is one of several battleground states for the presidential election—and the Democratic and Republican tickets remain at a statistical dead heat.
