Gautier approves controversial TIF plan despite disapproval from Jackson County, Singing River Health

The City of Gautier is on life support. I don't know and have no idea what's in the best interest of Jackson County residents. But I do know that Gautiers City Council is only worried about $$$. We all know Gautier is floundering and it's because of the City's poor decisions. The Councils history on development has always been a loss. Gautier has failed to grow with its neighboring city's. So as a Jackson County resident I hope Gautier got this one right. Because if they haven't. This decision could end up hurting a lot more than just Gautier. It could end up developing this surgical center to only have it fail like everything else has. But not before it hurts the County's only hospital system. Only to leave Jackson County residents with a weak health system that can no longer afford to keep good doctors. hindering it's ability to deal with life and death situations for County residents.
