Strong to severe storms likely in Maryland today

Good Sunday everyone! It is mild and cloudy here in Maryland. Storms will fire up this afternoon and evening with highs in the low to mid-80s. The Storm Prediction Center has placed us under a level 2/5 risk for strong to severe storms across the state. The time frame looks to be 3 PM and 9 PM. Damaging winds, a brief spin-up, and small hail are all possible. A flood watch is also up from 2 PM to 8 PM. Shower and storm chances linger into Monday. Conditions dry out mid-week next week and temperatures take a hit, into the low-80s.
