Walton County School District announces school delays

WALTON COUNTY, FL. ( WMBB ) – Walton County Emergency Management and local weather authorities announced school delays starting Friday.

All Walton County Schools will have a three-hour delay starting on May 10. The delay includes all students and employees, officials said.

Bus schedules will also run on a three-hour delay. School dismissal times will run as normal and end-of-day transportation schedules will be unchanged, according to a news release.

“As always, safety is our number one priority,” Walton County School officials said.
