Mosley’s Yeats signs to collegiate level

LYNN HAVEN, Fla. ( WMBB ) — Mosley senior, Andrew Yeats signed his letter of intent to wrestle at Huntingdon College in Alabama.

Yeats started wrestling at Mosley his sophomore year. He had an overall record of 122-54 in his three years. He finished as a two-time district champion and one-time regional champion. He placed seventh at state his senior year.

“It’s just amazing,” Yeats said. “I never really thought I’d make it this far. It’s thanks to my teammates, coaches, and my parents that I’m able to do this.”

Yeats will graduate with a 4.3 GPA with distinction. That distinction means he maintained a 4.0 all four years of high school.
