    New 30A trailhead open in Walton County

    SANTA ROSA BEACH, Fla. ( WMBB ) — Point Washington State Forest in Walton County has a new point of entry from the beach.

    Behind YOLO Bike and Board rental on 30A in Seagrove lies the newly opened trailhead.

    This latest path connects the Eastern Lake Trail with Seagrove.

    Bring your butts on over to Gulf County fundraiser

    The Florida Forest Service and a local developer made the project happen.

    The 30A trailhead is open seven days a week from sunrise to sunset.

    The site is complete with parking, picnic tables, a grill, bicycle parking, an informational billboard, and public restrooms.
