Bay County man charged with lewd and lascivious molestation of a disabled adult

BAY COUNTY, Fla. ( WMBB ) – A Bay County man is behind bars and being charged with lewd and lascivious molestation of a disabled adult.

Panama City Police said 51-year-old Marcus Robinson sexually assaulted a female victim on August 2nd at a local retirement home where she was working.

The victim is classified as developmentally disabled. She got the job through a vocational rehabilitation assistance program.

Police said when she went into the employee’s office and bent down to tie her shoe, Robinson spanked her, then proceeded to make her touch him while he groped her.

Authorities said Robinson initially denied the acts but eventually admitted he and the victim touched each other. He was arrested on Saturday.
