    Santa Rosa County man won $1,000,000 A Year For Life scratch-off

    SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. ( WMBB ) – Another Panhandle resident struck it big by playing the Florida Lottery this week.

    According to the Florida Lottery, James Wise, 60, of Pace, claimed a $1,000,000 ticket from the $1,000,000 A Year for Life Spectacular scratch-off game. Wise chose to receive his payment as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $640,000.

    Panama City woman wins $1,000,000 in Florida Lottery

    Wise purchased his winning ticket from a Publix located in Pace.

    This comes after a Panama City woman recently won $1,000,000 from the same scratch-off game on Wednesday.
