BCSO is working with the Bay District Schools and law enforcement partners on another school shooting threat that’s circulating across Florida, officials wrote.

According to a news release, there is no mention of a specific school and no credible evidence that Bay County schools are involved in the threat.

Sheriff Tommy Ford said he decided to place additional resources at schools in Bay County on Monday.

    The juvenile has been charged.

Bay County Sheriff Tommy Ford has been in communication with the administration at the school.

Both Bay District Schools and the Bay County Sheriff’s Office remain vigilant concerning this non-specific threat.
