JACKSON COUNTY, Fla. ( WMBB ) – On Sunday, Jackson County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested a 19-year-old for DUI.

On Sunday around 7:15 p.m., JCSO Deputies saw a vehicle driving slow and swerving between lanes. Once officers conducted a traffic stop they identified the driver as 19-year-old Jairo Cinto.

Deputies and Jackson County Dispatch were unable to locate a valid driver’s license for Cinto. After he was taken to Jackson County Correctional Facility agreed to perform field sobriety exercises. However, he was unable to successfully perform them.

Cinto’s breath alcohol content was .270 and his second sample was .262. Since Cinto is under 21, the legal limit is .02. Therefore, Cinto’s BAC was more than 13 times the legal limit.
