Pour yourself some fun at “Harvest Festival” in Walton County

DEFUNIAK SPRINGS, Fla. ( WMBB ) – An annual celebration will be at Chautauqua Winery in DeFuniak Springs this weekend.

The winery’s Harvest Festival will begin at 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday, October 12th, and is completely free for all to enjoy.

Over 60 arts and crafts vendors will be in attendance ready to sell their goods along with live music and food trucks.

Free wine tastings will be made available for everyone 21 or older.

Chautauqua Winery has been hosting this festival for over two decades now, and although having customers both new and old come through the door is great, the main reason the winery continues to bring it back is due to its community aspect.

“We are about community here, we’re a certified Florida farm winery,” Chautauqua Winery Social Media Manager Ali Carter said. “We’re really about keeping stuff local and helping out the community and people see that and they give that back. They know that we’re going to be here for them, so they show up for us and we really appreciate it.”

The festival is open to everyone, there will be plenty of games and activities for kids of all ages to enjoy.
