    Officials investigating fire at Crestview High School

    OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. ( WMBB ) – A small fire was reported in the girls’ locker room at Crestview High School on Thursday morning.

    According to a news release, school resource officers extinguished the fire quickly. No injuries were reported.

    Both school resource officers were transported to North Okaloosa Medical Center as a precaution, officials wrote.

    Fire officials share tips for preventing wildfires ahead of cooler season

    Officials said all students and staff were evacuated to the football stadium and the school is planning on resuming normal operation.

    Motorists can expect traffic congestion in the area and additional deputies are on the scene for traffic control.

    The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.

    This stuff rarely happens but within two months two kids at shoal river got airlifted to the hospital a fight got one airlifted and a heart attack got another
