PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD/WYZZ) — The duo of Connor Watson and Nicholas Unes shot a 4-under 68 to win the East Peoria Raider Cup Challenge in at Quail Meadows Golf Course on Thursday.

The boys golf event has two-player teams who play a format of six holes of a scramble, six holes of alternate shot and six holes of best ball.

Dunlap won the team title. The Eagles were led by the Nolan Eccles/Luke Johnson pairing which shot a 70 and the Brady Pinter/Nick Herget team which carded a 71.

Dunlap score of 221 was two shots better than Metamora and six shots ahead of third-place Washington.

In college soccer, Bradley won its season opener, 1-0 over Chicago State.
