There were 1,600 students from all around Craven County who immersed themselves in STEM including robots, aviation and military activities. The event would not have been possible without local organizations coming together to educate the students.

“Has a lot of local community members. So some folks from the blue angels came over and did some activities with the kids, so there’s A lot of really cool things that they’ve been able to do hands-on and even take some things home that they learned here while with us,” said Randall Lewis, Innovation lead engineer.

Students also got a preview of the show with aircraft practicing in the distance.
