    Rocky Mount man charged with cocaine-related crimes, jailed under $100,000 bond

    ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. (WNCT) — Deputies with the Edgecombe County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Rocky Mount man Wednesday at a home on Myrtle Ave.

    Law enforcement officers said Joseph Louis Brown, 51, sold crack/cocaine to cooperating sources.

    Brown was charged with:

    • Possession with intent to manufacture, sell/deliver cocaine
    • Possession with intent to sell/deliver cocaine
    • Two counts selling/delivering cocaine

    Brown was jailed under a $100,000 secured bond.
