WNCT.com’s Food Truck Fridays: GrillVille

GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) — Former ECU Football player Adrian Barnhill has lived in several different states. Now he owns a food truck, GrillVille, with his wife Teresa Barnhill. Their journey into the food truck business came after friends and family requested his food for events.

Teresa said Adrian would often be asked to cook for employee appreciation events and baby showers. People were telling him how much they enjoyed his food, so she mentioned that he was “sitting on their retirement,” and should consider a food business.
