    Duplin County Sheriff’s Department addresses social media school threats

    KENANSVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) — Social media posts containing school threats aimed toward Duplin County and surrounding counties. According to the Duplin County Sheriff’s Office, law enforcement is aware of those posts.

    They said that there is no threat directly to Duplin County Schools, though they are looking into the posts.
