    Juvenile driver crashes into abandoned house in Wake County, suffers minor injuries: NCSHP

    WENDELL, N.C. (WNCN) — A male driver under the age of 18 crashed into an abandoned house in Wake County Wednesday evening, according to the North Carolina State Highway Patrol.

    According to the NCSHP, the juvenile driver straightened out the curb on Davistown Road near Riley Hill School road and ran into the abandoned house.

    Troopers say the juvenile driver suffered minor injuries.

    By around 9 p.m., troopers say the road was open. No further information has been provided, as of Wednesday night.
