Bertie County sends Emergency Services to Western NC residents

BERTIE COUNTY, N.C. (WNCT) — Bertie County Emergency Services are sending help out to victims affected by Hurricane Helene in Western North Carolina.

In a statement on Bertie County Emergency Services Facebook, they say “the west has come to Bertie in our time of need and now it’s time for us to give back.”

They also say no services to Bertie County will be interrupted while these crews help out fellow North Carolinians.
