    Martin County High School, Riverside Middle School team up to provide donations for families affected by Hurricane Helene

    MARTIN COUNTY, N.C. (WNCT) — Two schools in Eastern North Carolina are partnering to help those in need in the Western part of the state.

    Martin County High School and Riverside Middle School are accepting items in categories such as basic necessities, clothing and bedding, shelter and household items, health and safety supplies, childcare and pet care, communication and tools, mental health and comfort items, as well as, school items.

    Riverside Middle School will immediately begin accepting donations from the area. They will be collecting them for a week or two. You can drop them off with Kelly Hoggard at the high school.
