Less training and education for corrections officers. I don’t see the benefit in less education in a world where we demand more education and training for law enforcement/corrections officers .

HOW does any of that make the job less dangerous for the employees?????? So the only interest is to reduce the requirements just to fill these positions.....why not address the REAL reasons why there's a shortage?????
