SILVERT ALERT: State Police searching for 93-year-old LaSalle Parish man

LASALLE PARISH ( KTVE/KARD ) — On October 12, 2024, Louisiana State Police issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the Olla Police Department for 93-year-old William Edward Browning. William was last seen at the Olla U.S. Post Office on Main Street in Olla on October 12, 2024, at approximately 7:30 AM. According to authorities, he was discovered missing at 9:00 AM by his caregiver.

Browning is a White male with gray hair and hazel eyes. He is approximately 5’7” tall and weighs approximately 160 lbs. He is believed to be driving a 2013 silver Toyota Camry with Louisiana license plate H0475868.

Browning suffers from a medical condition that impairs his judgment.

Anyone having any information regarding the whereabouts of Browning should immediately contact the Olla Police Department at 318-992-2151.
