Jury selection for Delphi double murders case to happen in Allen County
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) — Jury selection for the suspect in a Delphi double murder will commence in Fort Wayne in October. Carroll Circuit Court Special Judge Frances Gull reviewed and granted Richard M. Allen’s request for leave to present mini opening statements to the jury panel prior to voir dire.
