For an all-in-one dinner option, this Shrimp ‘n’ Bacon Bowl recipe always delivers. Peeled and deveined shrimp are satuéed in bacon drippings, which guarantees they cook up even more succulent and juicy. The cooked shrimp are then combined with the crisp bacon, homemade dressing, butter lettuce and other ingredients. It’s a tangy dish that comes together without hassle in just 30 minutes.

This dish works well if you swap in favorite ingredients too! Cook chicken instead of shrimp as the protein; or use fresh grapefruit in place of orange. If you want to make this dish more filling, add cooked grains like rice, quinoa or barley. You can also toss the ingredients with the dressing and allow it to chill in the fridge until you’re ready to enjoy it. Tell us why you love this recipe in the comments below!
