Now this Potato Sausage Skillet Scramble is one of my new favorites. With only 5 ingredients, it’s ready to eat in 15 minutes. And at $1.94 per serving, it’s easier on my wallet too.

Sausage releases its own oil during cooking so just a spritz of cooking spray is all you need to get it going. Then, sauteing peppers and onion in the rendered drippings adds an extra layer of savory flavor. To speed things up, stir in frozen hash browns. The potatoes are partially cooked so they brown in practically no time. Scrambled the eggs in to all that goodness for a truly satisfying morning meal.
