Most of us welcome Ree Drummond into our homes on Saturday mornings when new episodes of her hit Food Network cooking series The Pioneer Woman air. Thanks to her collaboration with Walmart , now we can embrace her down-to-earth personality and rustic charm even more!

In this latest launch, Pioneer Woman fans can get their hands on couches and recliners for the first time alongside a variety of kitchen and dining furniture, seating, living room essentials, and stylish accent pieces. With pieces tarting at just $98, how can you resist?
Woman's World caught up with the Food Network star to talk about the latest additions to the Pioneer Woman® Collection at Walmart.
Woman's World: Your designs have always been reflective of your life on the ranch. How does this new collection represent an evolution of that rustic aesthetic?
Ree Drummond: I do gather a lot of inspiration from living on the ranch — open spaces, natural textures, and deep, beautiful colors. This new collection takes that foundation and adds a bit more of an elevated feel while keeping it nice and approachable. It’s a balance of rustic charm and vintage elegance that I have slowly integrated into my own home over time.
For instance, the Cowhide Bench is a twist on a classic western piece, but with turned legs and pretty lines, it really works in so many different homes and décor styles. I’ve brought in richer colors, softer fabrics, and a few unexpected details with this collection. It’s an evolution, but still very much me—a mix of durable and ranch-friendly, with hints of the things I’ve always loved.
WW: What inspired you to dive into new categories like couches and recliners?
Ree Drummond: I’ve always loved creating spaces where my family can comfortably hang out, and after working in the world of kitchenware and décor for so long, the living room/family room felt like a natural next step. A couch or recliner are the perfect place for the guys to plop down after a long day or for me to curl up in the morning to get some work done (with a cup of coffee, of course). I wanted to create pieces that bring that same sense of warmth and joy, but on a larger scale to be enjoyed as a family.
WW: Can you tell us more about your favorite piece, the tufted sofa? What makes it so special, and how do you envision it fitting into our readers' homes?
Ree Drummond: Oh, the tufted sofa! It is truly gorgeous and feels timeless yet a little modern, in a gorgeous shade of jade green. What I love most is that it can fit in just about any room, from the living room to the entry to the end of the bed. The soft washy velvet makes a statement without being too over-the-top. I imagine it in a neutral living room, maybe paired with the Round Coffee Table from my collection or as a solid option in a more pattern-rich room. The price is incredible for the quality, and it’s been fun seeing where customers are choosing to place it in their homes.
WW: What excites you most about how Woman’s World readers can now style their homes using your furniture?
Ree Drummond: I’m so excited that readers can now bring a bit more of the my real-life “elegant ranch” aesthetic into their homes, whether in the kitchen, bedroom, entry, or living room. I’ve always believed that your home should reflect who you are—a place that brings you comfort and feels like you.
With this furniture collection, customers can mix and match pieces that make their spaces feel special and full of character, and they can create rooms that are all their own. I love the idea of people putting their own twist on my designs and enjoying them in their everyday lives. Nothing makes me happier!
WW: Affordability is clearly a focus, with pieces starting at $98. Why was it important for you to make this collection accessible while still maintaining quality?
Ree Drummond: It was crucial to me that this collection be affortable for anyone who wants to create a beautiful space, as that focus on affordability has been foundational for my entire PW collection from the beginning. We worked very hard to keep costs down while ensuring that the quality and craftsmanship are there, and I am blown away by the quality of these pieces! Whether it’s my Round Storage Ottoman , one of my spindle accent chairs , or the tufted sofa , I’m so excited to make this level of quality accessible for the price.
WW: What role does Walmart play in bringing The Pioneer Woman furniture collection to life, and why was it the right partner for this line?
Ree Drummond: Walmart has been an amazing partner to me throughout the years and this furniture collection is no exception.
The furniture team at Walmart travels the world and knows everything there is to know about the construction and production of furniture. They understand my vision and the importance of offering products that are both affordable and high-quality, and they have been a dream to work with from the very early beginnings of this furniture collection. Their support has been incredible.
WW: How do you hope this expanded collection impacts the way people think about decorating their homes, particularly those who admire the Pioneer Woman lifestyle?
Ree Drummond: I hope this collection helps people realize that decorating your home doesn’t have to be overwhelming or expensive. For those who love my original Pioneer Woman aesthetic, I also hope this collection also demonstrates how design and taste can grow over time.
Whether you’re a fan of my floral patterns or you love the more neutral tones, there’s truly something in this collection for everyone. I’m especially excited to introduce the more ranch-friendly items like the faux cowhide bench , recliner, and storage ottoman since that is a brand new category for The Pioneer Woman brand (though admittedly, not a new category for me in my own life at home!)
WW: What holiday hosting tips and tricks can you share with Woman’s World readers?
Ree Drummond: Fall and the holiday season are my favorite times to host, because it’s all about family, good friends, and welcoming people you love into your home. Candles, throw pillows, and blankets placed strategically can make such a difference.
In terms of hosting meals, my number one piece of advice is not to stress out! Your family cares about being with you — they don’t care about how perfect the table looks. That said, one great way to prevent stress with hosting is to do as much as you can ahead of time. I like to look at my menu and my to-do list and figure out what I can do four, three, two days ahead of time. The goal is to have as little to do at the last minute as possible. That will make hosting so much easier and yes, less stressful!
WW: What advice would you give to someone looking to incorporate your new pieces into their existing home décor?
Ree Drummond: Start with one piece you feel really drawn to (or two, if it’s a pair of chairs) and start small. Work in a pair of my spindle chairs, or the velvet tufted sofa, or the faux cowhide bench. Live with each new piece for a little bit, and style around it slowly but surely.
I put two of the jade spindle chairs in a corner in my kitchen a couple of weeks ago. Now I have a rug underneath, an old end table between them with a pretty lamp, a basket of books on the floor, and some throw pillows I already had in the house. The chairs look perfectly at home, and I can’t imagine my kitchen without them now.
Just have fun with it, and remember that furniture is never permanent in one spot! I might move these jade chairs to my bedroom in a few months if the mood strikes!
