If you're looking for recipe inspiration for a special family dinner or a gathering with friends, this sheet-pan roast beef with vegetables recipe is the perfect choice. It's juicy and full of rich, savory flavor (we sprinkle it with rosemary before roasting), and the house smells incredible while it's cooking. Plus, your sides — carrots, celery and onion — roast along with it, so it's basically a complete meal. The entire dish preps in just preps in just 10 minutes, and while it cooks, you have time to do other things. And when you pull the finished roast out of the oven and put it on the table, we guarantee your guests will ooh and ahh. This meal is spectacular! And it tastes even better than it looks.

Serve our sheet-pan roast beef with creamy mashed potatoes , rolls, and a green salad, and you've got a dinner your friends and family won't soon forget. Watch our video to see how simple it is to make, then give it a try.
