BOWLING GREEN — The Wood County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting increased patrolling from July 4 to July 7, the office said.

Deputies will be on the lookout for drivers under the influence, those who are speeding, and drivers failing to yield, the sheriff’s office said.

The office said there will be no tolerance for inebriated driving and seat belt violations.

The increased presence is the result of grant funding from the Ohio Traffic Safety Office, it said.
