MOV Apollos win Big Shots National Championship in South Carolina
WILLIAMSTOWN, W.Va. (WTAP) -The MOV Apollos are an AAU basketball team that carries players from Southeast Ohio and in Wood County in the class of 2029. PARKERSBURG — Money raised through events like the upcoming Wood County Relay for Life supports efforts to fight the war against cancer across multiple fronts. This year’s Wood County Relay for Life on Saturday at City Park will celebrate the event’s 30th anniversary. Activities include a parade along Washington Avenue from Parkersburg High School to the park, activities, ceremonies, entertainment, food and other attractions from the opening ceremonies at 5 p.m. to the closing at 10.
