Wood County Board of Education hears updates on Vienna Elementary School
PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) - The Wood County Board of Education took a step toward the construction of a new Vienna Elementary School during their meeting Tuesday evening. The board voted to begin negotiations with the city of Vienna for the acquisition of 12 acres in Jackson Park for the construction of the school.

The board also voted to accept the resignation of Parkersburg High School Principal Kenneth DeMoss and Emerson Elementary Principal Tabatha Efaw.
