Wyoming police look for man missing from Metro Cruise

WYOMING, Mich. (WOOD) — Police are asking the community for help finding a man who was last seen at the 28th Street Metro Cruise in Wyoming.

Patrick Mateo is 67 years old and suffers from Alzheimer’s disease, according to a social media post by the City of Wyoming.

He stands 5 feet, 8 inches tall, is described as “very skinny” and has gray hair. He was wearing a black hat with a green golf logo, a gray sweater, blue jeans and sunglasses, the city wrote.

He was last seen at the Metro Cruise event happening at Rogers Plaza off of 28th Street between Clyde Park Avenue and Michael Avenue SW in Wyoming. He was at the main stage area and left on foot. He has not been heard from or seen since, the city said.

The City of Wyoming provided a photo of Mateo.

“Anyone in the area of the 28th Street Metro Cruise Event is asked to be on the lookout for Patrick,” Wyoming police wrote in a release.
