Police investigate shooting in Wyoming

WYOMING, Mich. (WOOD) — Police are investigating after a person was shot in Wyoming Tuesday afternoon.

It happened around 5:20 p.m. on Crooked Tree Road in the Ramblewood Apartment complex, near 44th Street and Byron Center Avenue SW.

The condition of the person who was shot was not immediately known and it’s unclear what led up to the shooting. Wyoming police did not immediately have any information to release, saying it was too soon in the investigation.
