KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) — Investigators found drugs in a Kalamazoo home Thursday, police said.

The Kalamazoo Valley Enforcement Team and the Kalamazoo Metro SWAT Team searched a home on W North Street near N Westnedge Avenue as part of an investigation into drug sales.

They found two ounces of crack cocaine and “an amount of fentanyl,” as well as equipment to make and sell drugs and a “large sum” of money, the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety said.

A 31-year-old man will face felony charges from the case, KDPS said, but did not release his name.

Anyone with information about the case should call KVET at 269.337.8880 or the Kalamazoo Silent Observer tip line at 269.343.2100.
