GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Michigan State Police says a pipe bomb was found in a Saginaw home Monday.

After surveilling a home, troopers executed a search warrant at a Saginaw home Monday morning, MSP said in a social media post. While searching the home, troopers found a pipe bomb, police say.

The MSP Bomb Squad confirmed that the IED was a live explosive device and removed it after rendering it safe.

Troopers also found and seized a stolen gun, an ounce of cocaine, two ounces of fentanyl, $8,000 and narcotic trafficking materials.
