Man arrested in connection with non-contact shooting on Bay Bridge
An Anne Arundel County man was arrested Wednesday for a non-contact shooting that occurred on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge in June. Melvin Clark, 41, of Severn was identified as a suspect in the incident and taken into custody. He was charged with first-degree assault, reckless endangerment, driving a vehicle while impaired by alcohol and other charges.
