Woman walking on Garden State Parkway fatally struck by pickup truck

WOODBRIDGE, N.J. NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) — A woman walking along the Garden State Parkway in New Jersey was fatally struck by a pickup truck early Sunday, authorities said.

Liliya Rosenblum, 34, a Pennsylvania resident, was struck at 4:48 a.m. in the southbound left lane near milepost 130.2 in Woodbridge, according to State Police.

Rosenblum was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation.
