The free program, held Wednesday, July 10th, was courtesy of the Woodbridge Youth Services Division that, this year, has broadened its offering of summer entertainment for local kids. Learn more about Puppy Pals here.

Mayor John E. McCormac says he couldn’t be more proud. “We’ve really expanded our summer entertainment programs for youngsters with plays, shows and concerts,” said McCormac.

“We were thrilled to bring Puppy Pals to town. The kids really enjoyed it,” McCormac said, noting Woodbridge has programs planned at 10 a.m. every Saturday through the end of August.

Most of those events are at the Acacia Youth Center, 95 Port Reading Ave., and at Parker Press Park, 400 Rahway Ave. For a complete list of children's events, visit the Woodbridge Youth Services website.
