    Mike Mancuso will perform at Curtains Bar & Restaurant at 7 pm tonight, and Johnny Apollo is there at 7 pm tomorrow.

    Tomorrow, our Farmer’s Market continues in Parker Press Park from 9 am to 1 pm, featuring Main Street Farms, under new ownership. The Children’s Clothes Closet is open from 10 am to 1 pm at the First Presbyterian Church of Woodbridge. We are also presenting the play “Peter Rabbit” for the kids at 10 am on Saturday at the Acacia Center , 95 Port Reading Avenue.

    The Summer Concert Series continues tonight with the “Discoteks,” at Parker Press Park; “Simply Shania” covering Shania Twain on Sunday; “Lady Supreme” covering Diana Ross on Monday and the “ELO Tribute Show” on Tuesday, all at Woodbridge High School.

    “James Hunter” performs on Wednesday at Parker Press Park; “Black Rose” on Thursday at Rankin Park in Sewaren; and “Nine Deez Night” next Friday at Parker Press. All shows start at 7:30 pm.

    The Woodbridge Brew Pub has autograph sessions with New York Yankee starting pitcher Clarke Schmidt from 6 pm to 8 pm on Saturday; New York Ranger left-wing Chris Kreider at 5 pm on Sunday; and New York Jets wide receiver Mike Williams from 6 pm to 8 pm on Monday, July 22.

    Our Mobile Health Unit will be at the Sewaren Waterfront on Monday from 10 am to 1 pm; at Sycamore Senior Center on Tuesday 10 am to 2: pm and at Woodbridge High from 6 pm to 7:30 pm before the concert. It will be at the Oak Tree Senior Center at 10 am on Wednesday; at Ar-Ex Pharmacy in Fords from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm on Thursday; and at Hickory Senior Center from 10 am to 2 pm next Friday.

    On Sunday, the Woodbridge High School Marching Band has a car wash fundraiser from 10 am to 2 pm at the Woodbridge Elks.

    The Woodbridge Main Library has a program on the history of the Summer Olympics at 7 pm on Tuesday; at 1 pm on Wednesday they have “Summer Meal Planning: Let’s Get Fresh;” and at 7 pm on Wednesday they present “Explore America’s Natural Treasures: National Parks Unveiled.”

    The Woodbridge Community Players are putting on the play “The Prom” from Thursday through Saturday at 7:30 pm, and 2 pm next Sunday at the Woodbridge Middle School Theater. Click here for details .

    The school district’s kindergarten registration remains open. If you have not registered your child, please visit their website as soon as possible to initiate the online application.
