WOODBRIDGE- Nothing Bundt Cakes, the nation’s largest specialty cake company, will open at St. Georges Crossing at the intersection of routes 1, 9 and 35.

Nothing Bundt Cakes’ Woodbridge location will feature handcrafted bundt cakes in a variety of flavors and sizes, including eight- and 10-inch bundt cakes, personal-sized Bundtlets and cupcake-sized Bundtinis, according to Hansraj Agrawal, owner of the St. Georges Crossing shop. Nothing Bundt Cakes also sells retail items including party supplies, décor and gifts.

“There’s nothing else quite like Nothing Bundt Cakes,” Agrawal said. “We are very excited to introduce this unique bakery concept to the community and are committed to bringing great cakes – along with an exceptional customer service experience – to our guests.”

Agrawal said he chose the shopping center to open the store because of its mix of businesses, location and regional demographics.

Anchored by ShopRite, St. Georges Crossing also hosts T.J. Maxx, PetSmart, West Marine, Ulta Beauty, AutoZone, House of Wine & Liquor, Comcast Xfinity, European Wax Center, Visionworks, Verizon, Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, Taco Bell and Jersey Mike’s, among others.

“Bakery chains and other dessert-inspired concepts are increasingly popular with today’s consumers,” said E.J. Moawad, senior leasing representative for Levin Management Corporation, the center's leasing and managing agent. “Within that segment, Nothing Bundt Cakes is a great addition to St. Georges Crossing. This chain brings something completely new and different to the property, and undoubtedly will be a tremendous draw.”

Founded in 1997, Dallas-based Nothing Bundt Cakes has locations in more than 40 states and Canada. The chain recently opened its 600th bakery with plans to reach 1,000 locations by 2027.

Nothing Bundt Cakes also has locations in South Plainfield and North Brunswick.
