Nothing Bundt Cakes will feature handcrafted bundt cakes in a variety of flavors and sizes, personal-sized “Bundtlets” and cupcake-sized “Bundtinis,” said veteran restaurateur Hansraj Agrawal, owner of the new shop. It will also sell party supplies, party décor, and specialty gifts.

“There’s nothing else quite like Nothing Bundt Cakes,” Agrawal said in a prepared statement. “We are very excited to introduce this unique bakery concept to the community.”

Agrawal said he was drawn to St. Georges Crossing due to its strong regional demographics; its prime location at the intersection of Routes 1&9 and Route 35; and the mall’s broad mix of other tenants.

St. Georges Crossing is a 343,000-square-foot shopping center, anchored by a high-volume Shop-Rite. Its many tenants include T.J. Maxx, Pet Smart, Jersey Mike’s, Taco Bell, Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, AutoZone, House of Wine & Liquor, Comcast-Xfinity, Verizon, and many other retail and service stores.

Levin Management Corp. executive E.J. Moawad arranged the Nothing Bundt Cakes lease on behalf of the shopping center’s owner; Jamie Sackeim from TSCG Shopping Center Group , represented the tenant.
