The Sacramento Police Department has issued a call for public assistance in their search for Rocky Mathews, a 71-year-old man who has been classified as an at-risk missing person due to medical conditions. In a Facebook post of Sacramento Police Department, the department described Mathews as being 5'8" in height, weighing 160 lbs, with gray hair and brown eyes.
