In Loving Memory Of Shirley Huestis 3/4/1945 ~ 6/23/2024

Shirley Ann Huestis was born in Deshler, Nebraska, to Loetta and Brownie Hagler. She had two daughters, Sonja McCoy and Yvonne Szczepaniak, and two grandchildren, Brian Szczepaniak and Melanie, who preceded her in death. fiShe had five siblings, Ken Hagler, Karen Carpenter, Carol Bobbitt, Lou Salmas and Joe Saali Jr. She was a very loving and caring aunt to many nieces and nephews. She moved to Woodland, Washington, in March of 2006.

She was involved in the Woodland Action Center for several years.She spent her last years at the Woodland assisted living facility, where she ended her journey with vascular dementia. She passed peacefully with family at her side.

A celebration of life will be held July 12, at Woodland Care Center, 310 Fourth St., from 2-4 p.m.
