There is a shortage of vehicles in service in the METRO Connect East North Little Rock Zone Saturday, Aug. 3. Please be advised that this could mean that if demand surpasses capacity, riders will not be able to book a ride within this zone. The Via-powered METRO Connect ride-booking system will not book ride requests if a ride cannot be assigned within 45 minutes of the initial request. Instead, the system will prompt riders to try to schedule another ride in 15 minutes or so.
