2024 DNC on Inside West Virginia Politics

CHARLESTON, WV (WOWK) — On this week’s episode of Inside West Virginia Politics, we talk to both parties about the 2024 Democratic National Convention, explore a key role in the medical field and talk about a video contest for local elementary schools.

In Segment One, we talk to nominee for WV U.S. Senate and former Wheeling mayor Glenn Elliott (D) about the first day of the Chicago DNC.

In Segment Two, we talk to West Virginia Representative Carol Miller (R) about what was said and wasn’t said at the Chicago DNC.

In Segment Three, we talk to Dr. Michael Sitler of WVU Medicine Thomas Hospitals about his new position as Chief Medical Officer.

We end today’s episode with WV Secretary of Health Dr. Sherri Young to discuss the Healthy Habits School Contest.
