I grew up in Portsmouth back in the 70's. It was an awesome place. So many stores downtown and factories around. But when the college came in, it ruined Portsmouth . that's just my opinion but it's definitely changed for the worse. They need to fire everyone on city council and get some people in there that want to improve more than the boneyfiddle area.
