Annual ‘Guys Night Out’ event happening Oct. 5 on Charleston’s East End

CHARLESTON, WV (WOWK) — Wings, beer and football! What more could you want?

The annual “Guys Night Out” celebration, which raises money for the YWCA Sojourner’s Shelter for women and families facing homelessness, will kick off on Oct. 5 at the Red Carpet Pavilion on Charleston’s East End. The event starts two hours before the WVU vs. Oklahoma State game.

Attendees will get to sample wings competing for the title of the Best Wings in the Valley, as well as drink beer and participate in raffles and auctions. All of this while watching the Mountaineers take on the Cowboys.
